Why Refurbished?

Refurbished products do not mean that they were broken, but rather that they were returned by the customer, often only a few days after purchase. Most of these items work perfectly, are little used and returned because the customer did not like the product, it did not meet their expectations or other personal reasons.

How are products refurbed?

Liq Electro operates its own refurbishment facility located in Parc-Extension, Montreal. Our refurbished products are ''Certified Refurbished'', which guarantees that they have been tested and function as if purchased new. In doing so, we contribute to reducing the ecological footprint by giving a second life to products that would normally have been thrown away. 

In fact, we buy returns and open boxes from major chain stores to refurbish them. Our team has the mandate to test, clean and grade each item before the product is put on sale at a much lower price. Thus, the grades are offered at different prices to allow those who are not concerned about the cosmetic aspect to pay even less.

Specifically, the item inspection and assessment process involves a full diagnostic test, replacement of any defective parts, and thorough cleaning. We thus grade our products according to cosmetic imperfections. Our refurbished products are sold with the accessories usually included when purchased new (unless otherwise indicated in the product description on our website). 

Finally, just like our new products, our refurbished items are covered by a 90-day limited warranty, unless otherwise indicated on certain products.
